It is inevitable that alloy steel pipes will wear out during use. In order to avoid this phenomenon and prolong the service life of alloy steel pipes, we must do a good job of anti-wear treatment of steel pipes. The specific methods are as follows:

1. On the premise that the dust in the alloy steel pipe does not settle, try to control the wind speed in the pipe;

2. Reasonably design the structure and location of the suction hood, control the wind speed of the hood, set up baffles, etc., try to avoid too much coarse dust entering the system pipeline;

3. When conditions permit, the radius of curvature of the elbow can be increased. For the dust removal system, the radius of curvature can be 2 times the pipe diameter. But this approach is not a long-term solution.

4. Appropriately increase the wall thickness of the alloy steel pipe elbow or tee by 1-2mm, but it is not a long-term solution.

5. There is a replaceable lining on the outside of the alloy steel pipe elbow, but the construction and maintenance are more troublesome and the cost is higher.
