Method of inspecting the surface quality of high pressure alloy steel pipe
The following is the method of checking the process performance of high-pressure alloy steel pipe:
Ultrasonic flaw detection method: This method is suitable for the detection of surface defects and internal defects of various materials, and is more sensitive to these defects;
Eddy current flaw detection ET: mainly used to check spot defects;
Magnetic particle inspection MT and magnetic flux leakage inspection: For this type of inspection of high-pressure alloy steel pipe process performance, it is mainly suitable for the inspection of the surface layer and near-surface defects of ferromagnetic materials.
Electromagnetic induction ultrasonic flaw detector: This method is mainly used for surface flaw detection of seamless steel pipes with high temperature, high speed and dry roughness;
Penetration inspection: This method is mainly used to detect the surface defects of large-diameter rolled alloy steel pipes.
