High pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, air guide tubes, main steam tubes, etc. of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers.

The cold drawing process of the high pressure boiler tubes: firstly, the round tube blank is heated to the temperature where it can be pierced, and then it is processed by punching, annealing, pickling and copper plating. The next step can be cooled, which requires several cooling. The blank tube formed after cooling shall be heat treated and straightened. After the water pressure test, the blank pipe can be marked and put into storage.
