Advantages and disadvantages of alloy steel pipe cutting methods
Advantages and disadvantages of alloy steel pipe cutting methods:
Method 1, flame cutting. Advantages: simple cutting and low cost. Disadvantages: When cutting alloy steel pipes, the problem of cutting deformation is prone to occur, and the materials that can be cut have corresponding limitations.
Method 2, plasma cutting. Advantages: It can cut alloy steel pipes, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Disadvantages: The incision will have a slope, and there will be noise when cutting.
Method 3, water jet cutting. Advantages: wide cutting range and environmental protection. Disadvantages: slow cutting speed and high energy consumption.
Method 4, CNC cutting. Advantages: It can cut any complicated parts with high cutting precision. Disadvantages: There are corresponding operation and technical requirements.
