On April 1, 2021, the International Trade Commission of the United States (ITC) voted to make an affirmative final anti-dumping judgment on seamless carbon steel pipe, alloy steel pipe, line pipe, and pressure pipe imported from the Czech Republic.

On July 29, 2020, in the application submitted by VallourecStar, LP on July 8, 2020, the US Department of Commerce announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation on seamless carbon steel and alloy steel standard pipes, pipeline pipes and pressure pipes imported from the Czech Republic, Russia, South Korea and Ukraine, and the initiation of an anti subsidy investigation on seamless carbon steel pipe, alloy steel pipes, pipeline pipes and pressure pipes imported from Russia and South Korea. On March 2, 2021, the US Department of Commerce announced that it would make an anti-dumping affirmative final judgment on seamless carbon steel and alloy steel standard pipes, tubing and pressure pipes imported from the Czech Republic.
