How to check the surface quality of 13CrMo44 alloy steel pipe?
1.UT: this inspection method is suitable for the detection of the surface and internal crack defects of 13CrMo44 alloy steel pipe with uniform quality. This inspection method is sensitive to the detection of these defects.
2.Eddy current testing ET: mainly used to detect point defects of 13CrMo44 alloy steel pipe.
3.Magnetic particle MT and magnetic flux leakage testing: this method is mainly suitable for the surface quality inspection of 13CrMo44 alloy steel pipe, for the surface and near surface defects inspection of ferromagnetic materials.
4.Electromagnetic ultrasonic testing: this method is mainly used in the high temperature, high speed and rough dry steel pipe surface testing;
5.Penetrant inspection: this method is mainly used to detect the surface defects of large-diameter 13CrMo44 alloy steel pipe.
