1. The alloy steel pipe bends in the same direction as the weld when welding

2. The alloy steel pipe bends when welding
Reasons: (1) The working pressure among the three rollers is different (2) The straightening roller is damaged relatively.
Solution: Check whether the straightening roller on the adjustment is loose, use the sample stick to straighten the length of the touch line in the middle of the three passes.

3. The welding time of alloy steel pipe
Reason: The rolling angle of view in the middle of the three straightening rollers is quite different; the straightening work pressure is relatively large.
Solution: adjust the roll pressure angle; properly adjust the straightening working pressure.

4. One side of the alloy steel pipe is bent when welding
Reason: The gap between the roller and the roller is relatively large.
Solution: Use a straightening machine with a smaller interval integrated into the corresponding tube.

5. The alloy steel pipe is not round when welding
Reason: The contact phase difference between the three straightening rollers overlaps, and the roller pressure is relatively large.
Solution: Adjust the angle of view between the roller and the roller appropriately, and adjust the working pressure of the roller to the pipe.
