On August 9, 2021, the British trade remedy Agency (TRA) announced that it would make a final anti-dumping transitional review on iron or non alloy steel welded pipes originating in China, Russia and Belarus, and decided to maintain the anti-dumping duty on the products involved in the case between China and Belarus, of which the tax rate of China was 90.6% and that of Belarus was 38.1%; At the same time, the anti-dumping measures of Russian products involved in the case shall be terminated. The announcement shall take effect from January 30, 2021 and shall be valid for 5 years.

The products involved are iron or non alloy steel welded pipes with circular cross-section and external diameter not exceeding 168.3mm, excluding threaded or non threaded galvanized iron or non alloy steel welded pipes, pipeline pipes of oil or natural gas pipelines, casings and oil pipes for oil or natural gas drilling, precision pipes for conducting gas or liquid for civil aircraft, etc. The customs codes of the products involved are ex 7306 30 41 (Taric code 7306 30 41 20), ex 7306 30 49 (Taric code 7306 30 49 20) and ex 7306 30 77 (Taric code 7306 30 77 80).
