On September 4, 2020, the inter departmental International Trade Commission of Ukraine issued an announcement to amend the final anti dumping result of resolution 444 / 2020 / 4411-03 of 22 May 2020 on imported hot rolled seamless steel tubes (Ukrainian: сталевихбезшовнихгаряче-деформованихтруб) originating in China according to the Commission Resolution No. 460 / 2020 / 4411-03 of September 2, 2020, and decides that No. 444 / 2020 / 4411-03 of May 22, 2020 will be issued to the Chinese producers / exporters who have reached the price commitment. No anti-dumping duty shall be imposed within three years from the effective date of the resolution. The case involved products under Ukrainian tax codes 73042300, 730419, 730429, 730429300, 730429 90000, 730439, 730459.

On May 14, 2019, Ukraine launched an anti-dumping investigation on the import of hot rolled seamless steel tubes originating in China. On May 28, 2020, according to the Resolution No. 444 / 2020 / 4411-03 of Ukraine's inter departmental International Trade Commission on May 22, 2020, Ukraine imposed 0-51.52% anti-dumping duty on hot rolled seamless steel tubes originating in China, with a validity period of five years.
