Recently, the X80 pipeline steel produced by the company's hot rolled strip steel plant has passed the incoming inspection of the customer company. All the performance indexes of the first batch of X80 steel pipes meet the requirements of the technical specifications of the project. The quality of the X80 pipeline steel is highly praised by the users and will be used in the construction of key natural gas pipeline projects.

The project is a national key project for the construction of natural gas storage and transportation system in the Bohai Rim region. The steel used is required to have the characteristics of high steel grade (X80), large wall thickness (18.4mm), large unit weight (30t), strength and toughness, and the product delivery is required to be completed within one month. With the cooperation of R & D, manufacturing and sales departments, we ffectively ensured the stable control of process model of pipeline steel after repeated debugging, and carried out technical research on high-efficiency voltage stabilization and coiling head forming under ultra fast cooling technology, overcame problems such as coiling temperature, crown control and head bending of pipeline steel, and finally successfully delivered products.
